- No Refunds for Unused Credits: We do not offer partial or full refunds for unused, expired, or accidentally purchased credits.
- Credit Consumption Is Final: Once a prompt is submitted and processed, the associated credits are consumed and cannot be reversed or returned.
- No Refunds for Output Dissatisfaction: Results from AI models may vary. Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with the quality, accuracy, or content of AI-generated images.
- Trial Suggestion: We strongly recommend starting with a smaller credit package to evaluate the service before committing to larger purchases.
- Errors and Billing Disputes: If you believe you were charged incorrectly or experienced a technical issue that prevented successful delivery, please contact us at 📧 support@getheadshot.pro within 7 days of the incident. We’ll investigate and work to resolve it promptly.
Additional Terms
- Non-Transferable Credits: Purchased credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
- Abuse and Misuse: Accounts found abusing the platform, attempting chargebacks, or exploiting the credit system may be suspended without refund.
- Service Interruptions: We do not provide refunds for temporary outages, service downtimes, or maintenance periods.
