GetHeadshot, operated by CompanyName, offers GetHeadshot and related services to you, the user, under the condition that you accept all of our set terms, including these Terms of Service and all related policies.

1. Service Availability and Quality

We are constantly evolving our services to improve the user experience. The services are subject to modification and change, including but not limited to the art style of assets, the algorithms used to generate assets, and the features made available to users.

While we strive to maintain quality, stability, and uptime, we do not guarantee these attributes. Both the services and the assets are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

GetHeadshot reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, without prior notice, for any reason. Users may not reverse engineer, replicate, or conduct competitive research on the services or assets. Automated tools to access, interact with, or generate assets from the services are prohibited. Only one user may register per account.

2. Age Requirements

By accessing the services, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and meet the minimum age of digital consent in your country.

3. Your Information

• Email address
• Billing information
• Favorite images
• Uploaded sample images
• Text prompts entered into the platform

We comply with all applicable data protection laws regarding your personal data. GetHeadshot does not share any user data with third-party vendors or service providers.

4. Ownership of Generations

You retain all rights, title, and interest in the images (“Generations”) you create using GetHeadshot.

5. DMCA and Takedown Policy

6. Unlimited Service and Rate Limiting

We reserve the right to apply rate limits if necessary to maintain platform performance.

7. Payment and Billing

You pay as you go and use credits for generated images (headshots) only.

8. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

GetHeadshot is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages. Users are fully responsible for any legal disputes.

9. Miscellaneous

• Force Majeure: Neither party is liable for events beyond reasonable control.
• No Agency: This agreement does not create any partnership or joint venture.
• No Third-Party Beneficiaries: Only the parties involved benefit from this agreement.
